Steps
Step 1
The candidate completes the application form.
Please remember to provide your personal data accurately and reliably - as written in your passport.
It is necessary to provide a precise address of residence (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country), which will then be used to send the certificate needed to apply for a visa.
Step 2
The candidate pays 200 EUR - reservation fee - within 3 days of completing the application form. Please provide the candidate's name and surname and the name of the course in the transfer title. Confirmation of the transfer should be sent to diana.gorska-lewinska@uwr.edu.pl

Step 3
The candidate sends the required documents to diana.gorska-lewinska@uwr.edu.pl
Documents: Diploma of completing secondary education entitling its holder to study in the country of issue or university diploma, passport with personal data needed to issue a letter of offer and the confirmaton of enrollment for visa.
In the case of people who are graduating from high school this year, they can send their diploma on a previously agreed date.
Step 4
The candidate receives an offer letter with an offer of admission to the Intensive Yearly Course and a deadline for paying the program fee.
The program fee - 2900 EUR - is paid to the above account on the dates given in the received offer letter. Please provide the name and surname of the course participant in the transfer title. Confirmation of the transfer should be sent to diana.gorska-lewinska@uwr.edu.pl
Step 5
The candidate receives a letter of acceptance to the course. We send it after receipt of the payment for the program.
The certificate also informs about the allocation of a place in the dormitory for the duration of the one-year course. Participants pay for the dormitory upon arrival in Wrocław. An additional deposit for one month is then required, which is returned to the participant after checking out of the accommodation.
Step 6
Please provide information about the results of the visa interview and your arrival plans.
You should plan your trip to Poland no earlier than the last week of September.
The candidate informs the dormitory about the date of arrival in Wrocław at least one week before arrival.
Course participants handle all accommodation-related matters personally. In the previously sent letter of acceptance to the course, we provide the address of the student dormitory along with an e-mail address and telephone number for direct contact.
Step 7
Course participants receive information with the adaptation week schedule until mid-September.
The exact dates, times and places of the meetings will then be provided.
Please remember to have health insurance and third party liability and accident insurance for the duration of the course.
