The majority of the teachers employed at the School are academic staff of the Institute of Polish Philology, with many years of experience in teaching Polish as a foreign language, gained domestically and at many foreign universities. The teachers affiliated with the School are prepared to teach classes in multicultural and multinational groups, which requires not only excellent methodological skills, but also good pedagogical training. The teachers gained experience in working with such groups by conducting by, among others, a course for immigrants "Integration through language. INTI). This course was organized as part of a EU project aimed at developing a common model of language courses for immigrants across Europe. Lectures accompanying the language courses are conducted by academic staff of the University of Wrocław and other experts in specific fields. The teachers affiliated with the School are also authors of textbooks for teaching Polish language and numerous articles on the methodology of teaching Polish as a foreign language. (See: Our books)
