Meals

All details regarding meal times will be provided in the course program that you will receive in June.

From Monday to Friday: breakfasts and lunches will be organized; The school does not organize dinner on any day of the course. The NAWA scholarship holder receives a meal allowance of 420 PLN for all dinners (21 days x 20.00 PLN).

Saturdays and Sundays:

- breakfast or lunch for the trip;
- lunch or PLN equivalent for lunch.

Documents and insurance

ISEC - it's worth having this card because it offers discounts in some places.
Health insurance - you must have it with you for the trip and the duration of the course.
